Staff Role

The following sections list the default capabilities of the Staff  Role:

General

  • read - Allows access to admin panel options:
    • Dashboard
    • Users > Your Profile
  • edit_posts - Allows access to admin panel options:
    • Posts
    • Posts > Add New
    • Comments
    • Comments > Awaiting Moderation
  • delete_posts - User can delete their posts
  • upload_files - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Media
    • Media > Add new

Events

  • read_sp_event - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Events
  • edit_sp_events -Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Events
    • Events > Add New
  • edit_published_sp_events - User can edit their published events
  • assign_sp_event_terms - User can assign competitions, seasons, and venues to an event

Teams

  • read_sp_team - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Teams
  • edit_sp_teams - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Teams
    • Teams > Add New
  • edit_published_sp_teams - User can edit their published teams
  • assign_sp_team_terms - User can assign competitions, seasons, and venues to a team

Players
  • read_sp_player - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Players
  • edit_sp_players - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Players
    • Players > Add New
  • edit_published_sp_players - User can edit their published players
  • assign_sp_player_terms - User can assign competitions, seasons, and venues to a player

Staff

  • read_sp_staff - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Staff
  • edit_sp_staffs - Allow access to admin panel options:
    • Staff
    • Staff > Add New
  • edit_published_sp_staffs - User can edit their published staff members
  • assign_sp_staff_terms - User can assign competitions, seasons, and jobs to a staff member
