Directories
The following fields are available when adding or editing staff directories.
Standard Fields
| Title |
Enter the title of the directory. |
| Permalink |
A direct link to the directory, automatically generated based on the title. |
| Editor |
A visual or text editor for adding content above the directory. All standard WordPress editor features can be used in this section, including shortcodes and formatting options. |
| User |
Select a user to give them full access to edit this directory. |
| Featured Image |
Set a featured image to be displayed on the directory page. |
Staff Directory
| Staff |
Each staff member is displayed on their own row with job, name, phone number, and email address displayed if available. Click and drag the handle to change the order of staff members. |
| Phone |
Use the checkbox to show or hide the phone column. |
| Email |
Use the checkbox to show or hide the email column. |
Shortcodes
| Staff List |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “List”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the staff list. |
| Staff Gallery |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “Gallery”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the staff gallery. |
Layout

A detailed table of staff members with columns for job, name, phone, and email. |
| Gallery |
A tiled gallery layout with a photo and name accompanying each staff member. |

Select one or more competitions to get staff members from. |
