Upgrading to SportsPress Pro

In this video you'll learn how to upgrade from SportsPress to SportsPress Pro.

Deactivating Extensions

Go into the WordPress dashboard > Plugins. Be sure that all SportsPress extensions are deactivated before continuing. It's ok to leave SportsPress itself activated, as it will be deactivated automatically upon upgrading.

Uploading SportsPress Pro

Click the Add New button at the top, then Upload Plugin. On the next screen, click Choose File and select the ZIP file from your receipt. Once you've chosen the file, click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.

A welcome screen should appear. If you're upgrading from SportsPress, you can skip this step.

Activating Auto Updates

To activate auto updates, click SportsPress in the sidebar. Locate the License Key input, and paste in the key from your receipt, then click Activate. When activated successfully, a green check mark icon will appear next to License Key to indicate that updates are being delivered automatically.

When an update becomes available, you can install it just like any WordPress plugin by visiting the Plugins scr
