How do you link player profiles to registered users?

You can assign registered users to their own profile pages by following these steps:

You can assign registered users to certain pages to give them access to view and/or edit them. Depending on the user role that has been assigned to that user, they will have different permissions to change and access to certain areas of the website.

Assuming that your player have already registered as a user on your site, here's how you would assign a registered user (player) to their own profile page from an Admin perspective:

1. From the dashboard, go to Players and find the player profile you wish to assign a user to.
2. Find the User section, and click the dropdown menu to show a list of your registered users.
3. Select the user you want to assign to the page.
4. Update to save changes.

Now when this player signs in to the website, they will be able to view and edit their own player profile page.

If your registered user has been assigned a Player role, they will only have access to edit pages that are assigned to him/her and can submit new players, teams, and events for review. Any new posts a they create will need to be reviewed and approved by the Team, Event, or League Manager.
