Calendars
The following fields are available when adding or editing calendars.
Standard Fields
| Title |
Enter the title of the calendar. |
| Permalink |
A direct link to the calendar, automatically generated based on the title. |
| Editor |
A visual or text editor for adding content above the calendar. All standard WordPress editor features can be used in this section, including shortcodes and formatting options. |
| User |
Select a user to give them full access to edit this calendar. |
| Featured Image |
Set a featured image to be displayed on the calendar page. |
Events
| Date |
Date of the event using the WordPress “Date Format” setting. |
| Title |
Title of the event. |
| Time/Results |
Time of the event using the WordPress “Time Format” setting, or results of each team if available. |
| Competition |
A list of competitions that the events belong to. |
| Season |
A list of seasons that the events belong to. |
| Venue |
A list of venues that the events belong to. Links to venue archive. |
| Article |
Indicates whether an article for the event is available, with an icon for featured image and video. Links to event edit screen. |

| Event Calendar |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “Calendar”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the event calendar. |
| Event List |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “List”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the event list. |
| Event Blocks |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “Blocks”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the event blocks. |
| Scoreboard |
Visible when “Layout” is set to “Scoreboard”. Copy and paste this shortcode into any post, page, or text widget to display the scoreboard. |
Feeds
| Apple Calendar |
Use this link to get the calendar’s event feed in Apple Calendar (iCal). |
| Outlook |
Use this link to get the calendar’s event feed in Outlook. |
| Google |
Use this link to get the calendar’s event feed in Google Calendar. |
Layout
| Calendar |
A standard calendar layout with dates linked to events. |
| List |
A detailed table of events with columns for each detail. |
| Blocks |
A head-to-head style schedule with large team logos. |
| Scoreboard |
A horizontal scoreboard of the events with small team logos. |
Details
| Heading |
Enter a heading to display at the top of event lists and event blocks. |
| Status |
Select whether to display past events, upcoming events, or all events. |
| Date |
Select an option to filter events by date. “This week” uses the “Week Starts On” setting in WordPress general settings. “Today” will show all events today, based on the timezone setting. Choose “Date range” to define a custom start and end date. |
| Competition |
Select one or more competitions to get events from. |
| Season |
Select one or more seasons to get events from. |
| Venue |
Select one or more venues to get events from. |
| Team |
Select one or more teams to get events from. |
| Sort Order |
Select whether to sort events in ascending or descending order. |
